food is good and the hot mustard makes your nostrils burn the way it's supposed to. Staff is amazing if you dine in, but the delivery is on point and delivered hot if you call in an order.

Not our favorite.
Grubhub experience was confusing - restaurant printed order and did not update. Status went from confirming to pickup.
Food was mediocre. Oil soaked scallion pancake, burned dumplings, oddly flavored beef (almost precooked). -

So so disappointed that they're no longer making Dongbei cuisine (a style of Northeastern Chinese cooking), which was what set them apart from the many other strip mall Chinese restaurants. I miss their Baozi (filled buns), Jiaozi (dumplings, not pot stickers), and hearty noodle dishes.
What remains on the menu is the ubiquitous Mongolian Beef and Mapo Tofu, which were so average it made me wonder whether their original cook had left and that's why they couldn't offer the signature dishes anymore.
Sad, very sad... -

Have always enjoyed He-Ching. But today not only was the order wrong, but the food was dangerous! We ordered over $40 worth of food and applied a coupon for wontons. Didn't get the wontons. Ordered fried rice and got steamed rice. It took over an hour for food to get here. The cake topper, we found a piece of steel wool in our orange chicken. Bit right into it before realizing it was there. Not sure we will be ordering from them again.

Hard to find good Chinese West of the East Coast and East of the West Coast. Coming from the East and having been to China 8 times, hardly anything in Colorado is even close to good, but this place is where we go to around the West side of Denver. I will admit I have not ventured too far to find Chinese as I would prefer to hop on a plane and go to a coast, but this place works and is very good for compared to anything we have tried in Colorado and typical of American Chinese.
